Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year. (High-earning potential with salary, hourly, and commission-based compensation structures available)
Job Description:
Global Adjusting & Construction is seeking motivated and results-driven sales representatives to join our team. With the recent hailstorms impacting thousands of homeowners and business owners, we provide essential restoration services to those in need. This is a high-earning potential opportunity, with salary, hourly, and commission-based compensation structures available.

We invest in your success with our comprehensive 6-week paid training program at $20/hour that equips you with all the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role, regardless of your prior industry experience.

Office Assistant

Compensation:
- Training period: $16.00 per hour
- After successful training and approval: $18.00 per hour
Position Overview:
Global Adjusting & Construction is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations and insurance claim workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, works well with others and is willing to learn and adapt to company systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- File and manage insurance claims accurately and efficiently
- Communicate and follow up with insurance companies, clients, and internal staff
- Schedule inspections and coordinate claim-related activities
- Follow instructions carefully and maintain professional communication at all times
- Support team members and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment
- Review workflow processes, identify errors, and make corrections when necessary
- Learn, understand, and adapt to the company’s simple CRM system used for workflow tracking and task management
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, improve skills, and grow within the company
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks

Position Overview:
Global Adjusting & Construction is expanding our Six-Figure Leaders Division and is looking for a Sales Manager to build, train, and lead a top-performing door-to-door sales team.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just want to sell — but wants to develop people, build leaders, and create six-figure earners.
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $52,000+

Your Role as a Six-Figure Leader:
- Recruit and develop door-to-door sales representatives
- Train reps using our Six-Figure Leaders sales system

- Close deals when needed and lead by example
- Build a culture of accountability, growth, and winning
